RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY

We are committed on 100 % customer happiness and delivering highest quality products to our clients at BALBAN JEWELLERY.

If for any purpose, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you might return your engraved or non-engraved product in original condition in within 15 days from the delivery of your order, as long as your thing meets the return conditions back.

Kindly read this page carefully prior to returning your product.

WARRANTY

BALBAN’s products are manufactured with care and highest quality materials, so we confidently stand behind our products with generous return & warranty policies.

All BALBAN products are given a free complimentary Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty. In the event of any manufacturing flaw, BALBAN will happily fix your thing for nothing as long as your thing meets the terms & conditions of the lifetime warranty.

The entire repair request will first go with our Quality Assurance team before the request is processed. Our Quality Assurance team will figure out if any manufacturing defect has not caused the damage. We will inform you about it and will also let you know if any repair services by BALBAN are available at an expense or if not.

Terms & Conditions for Lifetime Warranty & Repair:

  1. The warranty is only valid for only with manufacturer defects & it does not cover deformations and damages caused by accident misuse, carelessness, mishandling, unauthorized service, or normal wear and tear.
  2. The warranty is invalid and void if the item has been modified, which includes engraving, resizing, or repair by a third party, for example, another jeweller or person other than BALBAN.
  3. Of the chance any part of the jewellery (including but not limited to chains, stones, etc) falls off, it ought to be returned alongside its parts before any attempt to repair. BALBAN doesn’t take any responsibility for the missing stones or parts.
  4. Lifetime warranty is non-moveable to a third party.

The manufacturer warranty does not cover the following:

  • Scratches, dents or chipping caused by common wear or misuse.
  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
  • Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to carelessness or other damage.
  • Lost or stolen stone(s).
  • Items that have been mishandled or worn out of expectations for everyday wear.

Kindly note that the following issues are the characteristics of the item and can’t be considered imperfections:

  • Slight abnormalities and varieties in workmanship
  • Natural appearances of the metal or gemstones, (for example internal inclusions, color, and so on.)
